Regina Maestri, a city council member for District 1 in the City of Pueblo who has recently caused controversy surrounding the possibility of introducing an anti-abortion ordinance, appears to have moved out of her district.
Back in May she announced she was seeking the at-large seat and the Chieftain reported at the time “Maestri currently lives in northwest Pueblo. But her “personal circumstances have changed” and she is looking to buy another home in town, she told the Chieftain Friday morning.” At the time a source sent me the following messages:
As you can see above, in May of this year, after Maestri had already announced her intention for the At-Large seat and told the Chieftain she was looking to buy another home in town, I was informed the property she was looking at was in the Walking Stick golf course area, which is important because that’s exactly where she appears to have moved to.
In a September 10th KRDO news report she was seen in the backyard of what appears to be the property she was looking at in May of this year:
